摘要
目前中医院校本科中医教学问题:因中西医文化背景-理论体系、教学侧重-课程安排、疗效评价-判定依据不同致使学生兴趣不高,中医认同感偏低;传统教学教师为主体,学生能动性发挥不足;高校扩招师生比例同步增加不足,教师专业素质参差不齐,教学质量难以保证。解决之道:培养新生中医思维方式,提升中医认同感;多渠道激发学生兴趣包括运用新媒体教学、增加教学互动;改变授课方式、理论与实践结合,增加实践机会;院校互助,充分调配教师资源、以老带新,提高教师教学能力。未来期待转变教育思想、更新教育观念,遵循中医学固有规律,学习和掌握现代教学方法和教学手段,了解学生思维动态,分析学生心理特征,树立教师为主导、学生为主体的教育理念,调动学生学习积极性,激发学生创新精神,让学生多方面发展,才能适应新世代,培养出多技能实用型医学生。
Some educational problems of traditional Chinese medicine exist in Chinese medicine universities at present. Some diversities among in Chinese medicine and western medicine, such as cultural background and theory, as in emphases about teaching and course arrangement, as in efficacy evaluation and judgment basis. The above reasons make students interest lower, as well as recognition of Chinese medicine.The other problem is that lack of motility for students because of teachers play main role in traditional teaching. What,s more The proportion of increase enrollment between teachers and students is out of sync.and unevenness in teachers, professional quality make hard to guarantee teaching quality. There,re several ways to solve the problem. For raising recognition of Chinese medicine, universities can cultivate thinking about Chinese medicine of freshmen. For stimulating interest of students, new-media teaching can increase teaching interaction. To increase practice opportunities, universities can change teaching mode and combine theory and practice. To strengthen mutual assistance between college and universities, do teaching resource arrangement. The experienced teachers help new teachers, so as to enhance the teachers, ability. We hope that teachers can change educational thinking and renovate educational concept, follow Chinese medicine rule contemporary. They should study and grasp modern approaches and means of teaching; meanwhile they grasp and analyze students thinking and psychological characteristics. To build the educational concept of that the teacher is guide,students is subject. Teachers can arouse the enthusiasm and innovation ability of students.Only students can be leaded to develop in multiaspect. Therefore more practical medical students who get multi-skill can be cultivated, and adapt to the new world.
