中医护理联合早期康复护理干预老年股骨颈骨折39例效果观察被引量：12

摘要目的:探究中医护理联合早期康复护理干预老年股骨颈骨折的临床效果。方法:将78例老年股骨颈骨折患者随机分为观察组和对照组各39例。对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组在常规护理模式的基础上采用中医护理联合早期康复护理。根据2组术后的髋关节评分和护理满意度结果判断具体护理效果。结果:2组Harris关节评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。满意度观察组为94.9%,对照组为76.9%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用中医护理联合早期康复护理对于老年股骨颈骨折患者的护理效果非常显著,可以在今后的相关护理工作当中推广使用。
