摘要
钛合金是航空领域应用十分广泛的金属材料之一。通过进行断裂韧度测试试验和腐蚀环境下的裂纹扩展速率试验,研究了TC27钛合金疲劳断裂特性,将TC27钛合金的疲劳断裂特性与Ti55531钛合金进行了对比。结果表明:TC27与Ti55531的疲劳性能基本持平。
Titanium alloys are one of the most widely used metal materials in aerospace applications. The fatigue fracture characteristics of TC27 titanium alloys were studied by carrying out fracture toughness tests and crack growth rate tests in corrosion environment. The fatigue fracture performances of TC27 alloy and Ti55531 alloy were compared. The results show that the fatigue performances of TC27 and Ti55531 are roughly equal.
