摘要
社会中的一些事件能够引起人们情绪波动乃至行动,从而形成社会风险.随着Web技术的发展,这些事件也常常引起人们在社交平台上的讨论.及时聚焦在线群体对社会风险事件的讨论重点,有助于了解社会风险事件对公众心理造成的影响.文章提出了基于多数据源研究在线群体对社会风险事件关注焦点的框架并通过分析纪念"切尔诺贝利事件30周年"评论进行实例说明.文章使用CorMap软件分析得到不同公众社交平台之间的观点结构,通过文本挖掘技术得到不同公众社交平台吸引的不同在线群体对社会风险事件关注点的异与同,并进一步分析了社会风险事件引发的在线群体的思考.发现不同的在线群体虽然对于同一个社会风险事件关注点不同,但都会对事件发生的原因与产生的后果进行讨论.一个社会风险事件可以引发在线群体对其他类似的社会风险事件和同一个时间段内发生在自身周围其他的社会风险事件的讨论.
Some societal events can cause people＇s emotion change or even cause people make action, thus forming the societal risk. With the development of the web technology, these societal events often lead to heated discussion in the social platforms. Focusing what the online communities concern about in face of hazardsin time helps us to understand how the societal risk event affects the public mind. This paper proposes a framework based on the multi data source to analyze the focus of online communities on societal risk event and takes the online discussion about the 30th anniversary of Chernobyl disaster for example. The structure of the discussions of different social platforms is displayed with the help of CorMap and the views from different online communities are obtained by using the text mining technology. This paper also analyzes the online community thinking aroused by the societal risk event. Different online communities have different perspectives toward the same event, however, they all discuss the causes and consequence of the risk event. And the risk event has reminded the public of other similar or relevant risk events.
