摘要
农村妇女这一特殊的弱势群体是贫困中的最贫困者,是我国打赢脱贫攻坚战的关键性突破人群。在物质文明与精神文明高度发达的新时期,以收入为标准的贫困已不能完全涵盖"贫困"的真正含义,我国农村妇女长期以来在思想观念、文化程度、心理素质、健康状况及地位认可等方面处于深度贫困,这种收入贫困之外的非收入贫困才是当前农村妇女贫困的主要构成因素。而要缓解农村妇女的非收入贫困问题需要在人们高度重视的基础上,结合精准扶贫"不落下一人"的精神,从教育、心理救助及医疗保健等方面做出努力,真正做到"精""准"扶贫,帮助农村妇女摆脱贫困。
Rural women as a special vulnerable group in China are poorest of the poor and are the key break- through crowd of the battle to lift people out of poverty. In the new era in which material civilization and spiritual civilization are highly developed, income as a standard measure of poverty can no longer cover the true meaning ＂poverty＂. In our country, rural women have been in deep poverty for a long time in terms of ideology, literacy, psychological quality, health status, and recognition in society. These kinds of non - income poverty are the main constituent elements of rural women＇ s poor state. To relieve the problem of non - income poverty of rural women, people need to attach great importance to this issue first. Incorporating the guide of targeted poverty alleviation with the spirit that ＂No one is left behind＂, people should make efforts from aspects such as education, psychological assistance, and medical care so that they can help rural women rid of poverty ＂precisely＂ and ＂accurately＂.
