摘要
高校教师的合理流动对当下"双一流"高校建设具有重要的意义。在以往研究的基础上,本文采用生态位理论,从教师自身、高校与区域三个方面,剖析了"双一流"建设背景下高校教师流动存在的问题,结合国外高校教师资源配置的成功经验,从"高校科学定位,降低生态位重叠度"、"加大高校教师兼职制,拓展生态位宽度"、"引入教师契约管理制度,减轻生态位过度错位"等方面提出了促进我国高校教师合理流动的相关对策建议。
The reasonable flow of teachers in universities is of great significance to the construction of "Double First- rate" universities. On the basis of previous studies, this paper first introduces the connotation of niche theory and the application of niche theory. Then, based on the niche theory, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the flow of teachers in universities from the perspective of teacher, university and region. Finally, combining with the successful experience of the allocation of teachers" in foreign universities, this paper put forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions,from the "the scientific positioning of universities, reduce the degree of ecological overlap", "increase part time system, expand the niche breadth", "the introduction of teacher contract management system to reduce the excessive misplaced niche "and so on, to promote the rational flow of teachers in China.
