摘要
为研究浇口位置在水杯成型工艺中的重要作用,基于Moldflow软件,对带手柄的塑料水杯在不同的浇口位置注射成型时的充填时间、压力、气穴位置、熔接线的分布、冷却水路的冷却效果、模具温度、翘曲量等进行对比分析,从而确定最佳浇口位置.以模流分析的各项参数作为后期注塑机选择和模具设计的理论依据,在模具设计时既要保证水杯手柄脱模时不被损伤,还要保证水杯的表面质量美观.
In order to study the important effect of the gate position in the cup forming process,filling time,pressure,location of cavitation,distribution of weld line,cooling effect,mold temperature and warpage amount in injection molding of the plastic cup with different gate locations were compared based on Moldflow software,and the best gate position was determined.The parameters of the mold flow analysis were used as the theoretical basis for the selection of the post-injection molding machine and mold design.In the mold design,it is necessary to ensure that the handle of the cup is not damaged when the mold is released,and the surface quality of the cup is also beautiful.
