印刷电路板式换热器传热与流动规律及准则式研究 被引量:15

摘要 印刷电路板式换热器具有高效的传热性能和可靠的结构特性,在超高温气冷堆、光电发热等领域具有广阔的应用前景。建立了三维流固耦合传热数值模型,在模型有效性验证的基础上,对5°,15°,25°,30°,45°五种角度的Zigzag通道(Z字形通道)在雷诺数Re≤2000范围内流体的传热与流动规律进行了研究,研究表明角度对流体传热与流动特性影响显著;对45组计算数据进行拟合,引入表征Zigzag通道角度的自变量,建立了综合考虑雷诺数Re、普朗特数Pr和Zigzag通道角度三因素的传热与流动准则式,对印刷电路板式换热器Zigzag通道的热力设计具有指导意义。 Printed circuit heat exchanger has broad application prospects in very high temperature reactor, solar thermal power generation and other areas for its high-efficiency performance and reliable structural characteristics. Three dimension fluid-solid conjugated heat transfer model has been established and veri- fied. The heat transfer and fluid flow laws have been researched in different angle( 0 =5°,15°,25°,30°,45°) Zigzag channels during Re ≤ 2000, and the results show that the angle has an significant effect on heat transfer and fluid flow characteristics. Heat transfer and fluid flow correlations have been proposed by fitting 45 groups of dates which have an overall consideration on Re,Pr and Zigzag channel angle. It pro- vides significant guidance to thermodynamic design of printed circuit heat exchanger.
