摘要
在复合钢爆炸复合过程,因爆速过大,或结合面处材料韧性差等因素,在基覆层结合面处会产生剪切裂纹,此类裂纹因垂直于结合面导致按标准规定超声探伤直探头法不能有效检出。通过采用声束与裂纹呈夹角的双晶斜探头法超声波探伤,可以有效检出这类裂纹。
Shear creak may be tion velocity, or material lack ultrasonic testing (UT) with generated at the interface during explosive cladding due to too high detona- of ductility. As the creak perpendicular to interface ,it can't be detected by straight-beam probe according to code. But by UT with twin-crystal angle- beam probe and having an angle between the beam and the creak, the creak can be found out.
