摘要 球形网架结构新颖美观,杆件规律性强,整体性好,空间刚度大,跨度大,抗震性能好,杆件之间全部采用螺栓连接,便于安装,操作简便。近来被广泛用于机场、污水处理厂、体育馆等的屋盖承重结构。本文结合某厂房超大跨度球形网架安装施工难点及施工方法,并对施工顺序及滑移方法做了详述,对类似工程的施工有实用价值,可供施工技术人员参考。 The structure of spherical grid is fashionable and attractive, and has the great anti-seismic property. The member bars are regular and integral. The severity and span of the space is large. The bolts are used to connect member bars, convenient for assembling and easy for operating. The spherical grid is widely used in the roof bearing structure of airport, sewage treatment plant, gymnasium, etc. This paper introduces construction difficulties and construction methods of large-span spherical space truss, and expounds the construction sequence and slip method. It has practical value for the construction of similar projects, and can be referred to the construction technicians.
