市售不同产地鹅不食草挥发油成分分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的分析比较市售湖南、江苏、浙江三个不同产地鹅不食草中挥发油的化学成分。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取鹅不食草挥发油,通过气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)对各个色谱峰定性,并用色谱峰面积归一法获得各化合物的相对含量。结果湖南产地检测出77种化合物,其中主要成分有2,6,6-三甲基-二环[3.1.1]庚-2-烯-4-乙酸乙酯(35.05%)、2-甲基-2,3-醋酸酯-5-甲基-苯丙酸酯(16.52%)、(S)-2-甲基丁酸橙花酯(6.86%)、异丁酸香叶酯(5.77%);江苏产地检测出28种化合物,其中主要成分为2,6,6-三甲基二环[3.1.1]庚-2-烯-4-乙酸乙酯(48.40%)、4a-甲基十氢化萘-1-醇-乙酸酯(14.98%)、百里香酚(11.02%)、(E)-丁酸-3,7-二甲基-2,7-辛二烯酯(6.04%);浙江产地检测出77种化合物,其中主要成分有2,3-二甲基苯(23.47%)、9,12,15-十八碳三烯酸(16.85%)、(Z,Z)-9,12-十八二烯酸(15.91%)、2-[(9Z,12Z)-9,12-十八碳二烯氧基]乙醇(6.44%)、(R)-(-)-(Z)-14-甲基-8-十六烯-1-醇(5.42%)。结论 GC-MS法能快速、简便、高效地检测鹅不食草挥发油的化学成分,市售不同产地鹅不食草挥发油所含成分和含量都有较大差别。 Objective To compare the chemical compounds of volatile oil from Centipeda minima in Hunan,Jiangsu and Zhejiang.nethods The volatile oil of Centipeda minima was extracted by steam distillation.The chromatographic peaks were qualitatively identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS),and the relative content of each com- pound was obtained by the method of peak area normalization.Results 77 compositions were identified from Centipeda minima in Hunan,and the main compositions were Bicyclo [3.1.1] hept-2-en--4-ol,2,6,6-trimetbyl-,acetate (35.05%),Propanoic acid,2-methyl-,2-[3-[(acetyloxy) methyl] oxiranyl]-5-methylp-henyl ester(16.52%),Neryl (S)-2-methylbutanoate (6.86%), Geranyl isobutyrate (5.77%).28 compositions were identified from Centipeda minima in Jiangsu,and the main composi- tions were Bicyclo [3.1.1] bept-2-en-4-ol,2,6,6-trimetbyl-,acetate (48.40%),Acetic acid,4a-methyld-ecahydronapb- thalen-l-yl ester (14.98%),Thymol(11.02%),Butanoic acid,2-methyl-,3,7-dimethyl-2,7-octadienyl ester,(E)-(6.04%).77 compositions were identified from Centipeda minima in Zhejiang,and the main compositions were Benzene,(2,3-dimethylde- cyl)-(23.47%),9,12,15-Octadecatrienoic acid (16.85%),(Z,Z,Z)-,9,12-Octadecadienoic acid (Z,Z)-(15.9l%),Ethanol,2-(9,12 -octadecadienyloxy) -(6.44% ), (R) -(- ) -(Z) - 14 - Methyl-8-hexadecen-l-ol (5.42%).Conclusion GC-MS can be used to analysis the composition of volatil-e oil quickly and effectively.The Different area Centipeda minima have different compositions of volatile oil.
