高压开关柜内部电气设备局部放电特性的检测与分析 被引量:30

摘要 绝缘缺陷或劣化、绝缘间隙不足等问题是开关柜内部局部放电的主要原因,因此开展局部放电类型的判断对于开关柜运行状态的评估具有重要意义。文中分析开关柜内部结构、讨论不同局放检测方法的特点,给出了局放的判定及定位方法;结合避雷器、电压互感器及穿柜套管3个局部放电的案例,采用多种检测方法,分析了不同设备局部放电的幅值、特点、定位、类型及原因,同时也给出了不同案例下检测方法的灵敏性。测试数据表明:避雷器气隙放电,暂态地电压法比超声波法敏感;电压互感器绝缘内部放电,特高频法比暂态电压法和超声法灵敏;穿柜套管表面放电,超声波和特高频法比暂态地电压法敏感。通过开关柜内部不同电气设备局部放电特性的研究为高压开关柜状态检修提供重要参数和依据,同时为现场测试人员提供有力的技术保障。 There exist many reasons for the partial aging, and the lack of insulation gap and so on, discharge in switchgear such as the insulation defect, insulation so the judgment of partial discharge type is important for the evaluation of switchgear operation status. The internal structure of switchgear is analyzed, the features of different detection method are discussed and the decision and location method of partial discharge are given. Base on the 3 cases partial discharge, as for the employed detection method, the amplitude, characteristics, location, types and reason of partial discharge are researched, meanwhile, the sensitivity of the detection method under different cases is also given. The testing data show that: TEV is more sensitive than AE as for the internal PD of arrester, UHF is more sensitive than TEV and AE as for the internal insulation PD of PT, AE and UHF is more sensitive than TEV as for the surface PD of wall bushing. The research on the partial discharge characteristics of different electrical equipment in the switchgear provides important parameters and basis for the condition maintenance of the high voltage switchgear, and provides powerful technical support for the on-site test personnel.
