摘要 针对高速立式加工中心高加速度、高精度等特点,以某型号立式加工中心为研究对象,利用SolidWorks软件建立了其三维模型。考虑了结合面刚度的影响,通过Ansys Workbench软件对其进行静刚度仿真分析,得到3个方向的静刚度值。为了验证仿真结果的准确性,设计了静刚度测试实验,实验结果与仿真结果比较接近,X、Y、Z三个方向的误差分别为9.03%、2.07%、8.92%,误差均在10%以内,验证了有限元模型的正确性。 According to the characteristics of high speed and high precision in vertical machining center, take a verti- cal machining center as the object of study, the 3D model is established by using SolidWorks software. The influence of joint stiffness is considered. The static stiffness simulation analysis is carried out by Ansys Workbench software and the static stiffness values of three directions were obtained. In order to verify the accuracy of simulation results, the static stiffness test is designed. The experimental results are close to the simulation results. The errors in the three directions of X, Y and Z are 9.03%, 2. 07% and 8.92%, re- spectively, and the errors are within 10%. The correctness of the finite element model is verified.
