摘要
锂离子电池正极材料LiCoPO_4具有电压高、容量大等优点,但因其导电率低没有得到广泛的应用。本文采用碳包覆的方法对LiCoPO_4进行改性研究,采用X射线衍射(XRD)和透射电镜(TEM)对碳包覆改性后的LiCoPO_4/C的结构和形貌进行表征。结果表明:不同碳掺量(0%、3%、6%、9%(wt))条件下制备的复合材料LiCoPO_4/C的特征峰与不掺碳改性的纯相LiCoPO_4的特征峰基本一致,即适量的碳掺量不会改变LiCoPO_4原有的晶型结构;当碳包覆量为9%时,制备的样品表面成功的包覆上一层活性碳,可以改善LiCoPO_4的导电率。
The lithium ion battery anode material LiCoPO4 has the advantages of high voltage and high capacity, but it is not widely used because of its low conductivity. In this paper, the carbon coating method was used to modify LiCoPO4,the structure and morphology of LiCoPO4/C were characterized by the X ray diffraction(XRD) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM). The results showed that the characteristic peaks of LiCoPO4/C with different carbon content(0%, 3%, 6%, 9%(wt)) are as same as the pure LiCoPO4, namely the right amount of carbon content will not change LiCoPO4 original crystal structure. When the carbon coating was 9 wt %, the prepared sample was successfully coated with a layer of activated carbon to improve the conductivity of LiCoPO4.
