摘要
目的 2016年为了调查南阳市卧龙区生活饮用水水碘含量,对南阳市卧龙区生活饮用水水碘监测结果进行回顾性分析。方法以乡(镇、街道办事处)为单位,采集集中供水、分散供水水源对其水碘含量进行检测。结果检测发现,我区各乡镇生活饮用水水碘结果中位数均低于10μg/L,按照缺碘地区判定标准,我区外环境仍属于缺碘地区,有效的食用加碘盐仍是目前必须采取的措施,同时对于少数村镇局部水碘浓度较高,需进一步开展调查与监测。此次监测,为进一步落实因地制宜、分类指导、科学补碘的策略,提供科学依据。
Objective Investigate and retrospective analyze the water iodine content of domestic drinking water in Nayang Wolong Distinct. Methods Take township (town, street office) as the unit, collect the water samples of centralized water supply and dispersal water supply, and detect the water iodine content.Conclusions From the detection results, it can be found that: median of water iodine content from the township hospitals in the region is lower than10 μ g/L, and our region is lack of iodine according to the Standard for iodine deficiency. Thus, effective consumption of iodized salt is the measures must be taken, meanwhile, it is better to continue investigating and monitoring and the some region of a few villages and towns where the water iodine content is too high. The results provide scientific evidences to further implementing the strategies of scientific supplement iodine according to local conditions, and classified guidance.
