摘要 目的建立血镉的微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定方法。方法血样微波消解后,用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定。结果检出限为0.086μg/L,标准曲线在0~5.00μg/L范围内,相关系数r为0.999 8,相对标准偏差为1.98%~2.44%,回收率为96.2%~98.4%。结论该法精密度、准确度良好、灵敏度较高,适合于血中镉的测定。 Objective Method for the determination of cadmium in blood with Microwave Digestion Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption spectrometry. Methods Blood samples were digested by microwave, determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Results The detection limit was 0. 086 μg/L, 0 μg/L - 5.00 μg/L was the range of standard curve, the correlation coefficient r was 0. 999 8, the relative standard deviation was 1.98% - 2.44%, the recovery rate was 96.2% ~ 98.4%. Conclusion The accuracy of this method is satisfying, with good precision, and high sensitivity, and is suitable for the determination of cadmi- um in blood.
