摘要
某水电站高压引水隧洞埋管段由于施工不当引起局部压力钢管失稳,为了保证电站运行安全,根据现场实际情况采取局部替换失稳钢管的设计方案进行处理,处理后钢管各项指标达到设计要求,节约了处理费用成本和时间成本。目前该水电站已经发电运行,压力管道未见异常。
Due to improper construction,instability of local penstock at the embedded section of the high-pressure headrace tunnel of a hydropower station is caused. To secure the safety operation of the station, the design scheme of replacing the local instable penstock sec-tion is proposed according to the site situation. The penstock after being replaced satisfies design requirement. This replacement reduces cost and time. Currently,the station has been generating with the penstock operation well.
