摘要
针对工程造价管理问题,以某学校图书馆工程为例,运用BIM技术,从设计、招投标、施工3个阶段分别进行模型构建、技术标与商务标的编制、5D施工过程管理。结果表明:BIM技术的应用能够优化工程设计,减少施工返工,加快工程进度,有效缩短工期,提高工程施工质量,有效地节约工程施工成本。
To solve the problems in engineering cost management,this paper,taking a school library project as an example,applies BIM technology to building models,compiling technology bids and business bids,and managing 5D construction process on the stages of design,bid and tender,and construction respectively. The results show that the application of BIM technology can optimize engineering design,reduce rework,speed up the construction progress,shorten the construction period,improve the construction quality,and save the construction cost.
