摘要
基于有限元分析软件MIDAS/civil对大桥边跨现浇段支架建立分析计算模型。建立模型时,支架底部边界条件设为固结,钢立柱、平联、主横梁、贝雷梁以及分配梁均采用梁单元模拟,钢立柱与主横梁、主横梁与贝雷梁、贝雷梁与分配梁之间均采用主从节点的刚性连接模拟。然后,对支架的强度、竖向位移和整体稳定性进行分析。结果表明:支架的个别构件受力和变形值较大,施工过程中应加强观测。
In this paper,the analysis and calculation model of the side-span cast-in-situ brackets of a steel concrete composite beam cable-stayed bridge is established by the FEA program MIDAS/civil. In the model,the bottom boundary of the construction bracket is considered to be fixed,and steel column,bracing,main beam,bailey beam and distributive girdersare are simulated by line element. They are joined together by fixed joints. Then,the strength,vertical displacement and stability of the construction brackets are analyzed. The results show that the stress and deformation of the individual frame are larger,and the observation should be strengthened during the construction.
