摘要
为了研究注拉吹工艺参数对制品性能的影响,利用Moldflow软件模拟分析了一模两腔PET/PEN瓶坯的注射成型过程,预测塑件成型过程中可能出现的缺陷,优化冷却水道直径、布局和浇注系统尺寸,提出优化的成型方案,再利用现有加工PET设备成型PET/PEN瓶,确保成型瓶子的厚度均匀分布,以生产合格的PET/PEN瓶。
Moldflow is applied to carry out a simulation analysis of the injection moulding process of PET/PEN pre- forms with 2 cavities in order to see if injection - stretch - blow technological parameter affects product properties and to forcast the potential defects in the plastic parts molding process. Meanwhile, during the simulation, cooling water channel diameter,layout and casting system size are optimized and a perfect forming scheme is put forward. After that, PET is used to make PET/PEN bottles and ensure the uniformly distributed thickness of the bottles. So, qualified bottles are produced.
