摘要 甲状腺结节是临床上常见的多发性内分泌系统疾病,其在超声检查中也比较常见。传统超声技术虽然有较高的甲状腺结节检出率,但对结节良恶性性质的进一步判定有局限性,需通过其他辅助手段来定性。其中,超声造影技术是用来鉴别结节良恶性的辅助手段之一。自1968年起,超声造影技术已日趋发展成熟并得到了广泛运用。在鉴别甲状腺结节良恶性方面,超声造影和定量分析均取得了一定程度的进展,但研究结论各有不同,诊断标准尚未统一。未来,需结合有效手段进一步提高鉴别甲状腺良恶性结节的准确率。 Thyroid nodules are common clinical multiple endocrine system diseases, and they are also common in ultra- sound examination. Although the traditional ultrasound technology has higher detection rate of thyroid nodules, it has limi- tations to further determine the benign and malignant nature of nodules, and it needs to be qualitatively determined by other auxiliary means. Contrast enhanced ultrasound is one of the auxiliary methods to identify benign and malignant nodules. Since 1968, ultrasound contrast technology has become increasingly mature and widely used. In the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules, uhrasound contrast and quantitative analysis have made some progress, but the conclusions are different, diagnostic criteria have not yet unified. In the future, combined with effective means to further improve the accuracy of differential diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules.
