摘要
由于当前施工环境中,施工的路况相对比较恶劣,而进行液压系统工作时,液压系统所使用的液压系统又是封闭型的,因此液压系统就会出现发热的现象,从而阻碍了当前道路建设不能顺利完工,降低了施工质量以及施工建设人员的工作效率。针对液压故障进行现场的诊断,再针对不同的诊断结果采取不一样的诊断措施对出现的问题进行有效解决。
In the current construction environment, the road condition of the construction is relatively bad, and when the hy-draulic system works, the hydraulic system is closed, therefore in the hydraulic system there will appear the phenomenon of heat, so that the current road construction can not be completed smoothly, and the construction quality and construction staff work efficiency is reduced. In view of the hydraulic fault diagnosis on the spot, and in view of different diagnosis results, this study is supposed totake different diagnostic measures to solve the problems effectively.
