摘要
在继承儒家仁治思想的基础上,王阳明的礼治思想以良知学说为基础进行了心学改造,形成了建立在良知观基础上的礼治;其法治思想在借鉴法家法治原则的基础上,形成了建立在赏罚观基础上的法治。王阳明的治理理念体现了礼法合治的精神,是对中国传统政治文化的继承和发展。
On the basis of inheritance of the Confucian thought of benevolent admby rites had transformed itself by adopting the heart-mind theory, and formed the thought of science theory- With an inheritance of the Legalists’ principle of rule of law,Wang Yangming had established his thought of ruleby law dependent on rewards and punishments. Wang Yangming’s governance concept had emand law. It had inherited and developed Chinese traditional political culture.
