摘要
在以审判为中心的诉讼制度改革背景下,公安机关必须转变传统的刑事执法办案观念,不断提升侦查取证能力,强化对证据的审查职责,并构建新型的侦检、侦辩关系。针对公安刑事执法改革的新举措,以公安工作需求为导向的公安院校,应当顺应法治潮流,亟需在公安专业基础课程设置重构、课程教学内容调整、教育教学方法改革、学生实习机制创新等方面,积极探索科学、合理的应对策略。
Under the background of the reform of the trial-centered lawsuit system, the public security organ must change the traditional concept of criminal law enforcement, constantly improve the capacity of investigation and evidence collection, strengthen the responsibility on the review of the evidence, and build new argue, mapping relation between criminal investigation and procuratorial work. For new measures in the reform of criminal law enforcement of public security, the public security universities and colleges guided by the demands of the public security work should keep up with the trend of the rule of law, and need to explore the scien- tific and reasonable coping strategies in reconstruction of the professional foundation curriculum of public security, adjustment of teaching content, reform of education teaching method, mechanism innovation of students practice, etc.
