摘要
现阶段市场营销教学主要采取传统的课堂教学的方法,无法使学生真正理解和运用市场营销知识,获得营销能力和实践就业能力,因此需要对课程进行教学改革。本研究从高校和地区经济联动的视角出发,从校企联合建立营销实践平台、推行"订单式"人才培养的模式、建立创业孵化平台、高校结合企业需求更新固有的课程内容,以及通过校企合作方式加强市场营销教师队伍建设等五个方面提出改革的具体方法和路径。
At present, marketing teaching mainly adopts the traditional method of classroom teaching, which would not help stu- dents truly understand, use the marketing knowledge, and gain marketing ability and practice ability for employment. As result, it is of great importance to carry on the teaching reform of this course. In this research, five methods are suggested as follows based on the perspective of linkage of college and regional development: constructing marketing practice platform, implementation of "order form" talent training mode, establishing business incubation platform, updating current curriculum content to meet the needs of enter- prises, and strengthening the construction of teachers team of marketing through the way of school and enterprise cooperation.
