摘要
如今"95后"甚至"00后"成为了大学新生的主要群体,这些学生具有自己鲜明的特点,给新生入学教育带来了新挑战,提出了新要求。但如今大部分高校的新生教育还沿袭了以往的内容和模式,未能与时俱进,无法贴合学生特点,难以起到理想效果。因此,对大学新生入学教育模式进行探析和研究,创建新的教育模式势在必行。
Now the students born after 1995 or even 2000 have become the major group of freshmen; these students have their own distinct characteristics, bring new challenges to the new entrance education, and put forward new requirements. However, most of the new entrance education in colleges and universities still follow the previous content and mode, not keeping pace with the times, not fitting the students＂ characteristics, so it is difficult to achieve the desired effect. Therefore, it is imperative to explore and study the new mode of college entrance education and create a new educational model.
