摘要
以望春玉兰(Magnolia biondii)、白玉兰(M.denudata)、‘红运二乔玉兰’(M.×soulangeana‘Red lucky’)为材料,用石蜡切片和体式解剖镜观察了花芽分化的过程。研究表明:3种玉兰花芽分化时间集中在4月底到6月中上旬,望春玉兰比白玉兰、‘红运二乔玉兰’提前8 d进入花芽分化。望春玉兰花芽分化过程历时39 d,白玉兰和‘红运二乔玉兰’花芽分化需41 d和34 d。3种玉兰花芽分化的形态变化相似,望春玉兰的花芽分化过程可以分为未分化期、花芽分化初期、萼片原基分化期、花瓣原基分化期、雄蕊原基分化期、雌蕊原基分化期6个时期;白玉兰和‘红运二乔玉兰’都可以分为未分化期、花芽分化初期、花瓣原基分化期、雄蕊原基分化期、雌蕊原基分化期5个时期。
We observed the process of flower bud differentiation by paraffin section and body dissecting microscope with Magnolia biondii,M. denudata and M. ×soulangeana‘Red lucky'. The flower bud differentiation time of three kinds of Magnolia was concentrated from the end of April to the middle June. The differentiation time of M. biondii into the flower bud was 8 d earlier than M. denudata and M. ×soulangeana ‘Red lucky'. The process of flower bud differentiation of M. biondii lasted for 39 d,M. denudata and M. ×soulangeana‘Red lucky'should be 41 and 34 d. The morphological changes of three species of Magnolia flower bud differentiation were similar,the process of flower bud differentiation of M. biondii can be divided into undifferentiated stage including flower bud differentiation early stage,sepals primordial differentiation stage,petal primordium differentiation stage,stamen primordium differentiation stage,pistil primordium differentiation stage,and M.biondii and M. × soulangeana ‘Red lucky'can be divided into undifferentiated stage including flower bud differentiation early stage,petal primordium differentiation stage,stamen primordium differentiation stage,and pistil primordium differentiation stage.
