海藻酸的疏水改性及其性能表征

摘要 海藻酸与辛胺反应合成疏水的海藻酸辛酰胺,对其进行1H-NMR、元素分析等表征。分析海藻酸接枝后溶液表面张力的变化;研究不同接枝率、p H对海藻酸辛酰胺临界缔合浓度的影响;并以疏水改性的海藻酸作囊材,制备高效氯氟氰菊酯微胶囊。结果表明:疏水改性后海藻酸溶液表面张力减小;随着接枝率、体系p H增加,海藻酸辛酰胺临界缔合浓度下降;通过乳化凝胶技术,制得平均粒径12.86μm的疏水海藻酸衍生物微胶囊。 Hydrophohic octyl-grafted alginate-amide derivative was synthesized by the amidation of alginate and octylamine. It was confirmed by^ 1H NMR and elemental analyzer. Then analyzed the variation of the surface tension with change of concentration of octyl-grafted alginate-amide derivative. Furthermore, studied the effects of different substitution degrees and pH values on octyl-grafted alginate-amide derivative concentrations. Then the 2-cyhalothrin water suspended nanocapsules were prepared by microemulsion as template and oetyl-grafted alginate-amide derivative as shell material. The results indicated that hydrophobic alginate derivative was amphiphilic, the surface tension decreased with hydrophobic modification and the critical aggregation concentration was decreased with the increased of degree of substitution and pH value of the solution. By emulsion-gel method, got the hydrophobic octyl-grafted alginate-amide derivative nanoeapsules with 12.86 μm.
