摘要
高电耗非线性用户发射的谐波能量,严重污染电网。为量化电力需求侧非线性电力用户的谐波影响,促进节能管理精细化,分析了谐波对电力公司的成本及收入的影响,以谐波总畸变率的平方作为谐波分量对电价的影响系数提出了谐波电价的计算模型,结合阶梯电价引入电耗惩罚系数和奖励系数,提出了适用于电力需求侧非线性电力用户的全波电耗奖惩方法。以典型高电耗非线性行业平均能耗为标准,设计开发了非线性电力用户节能奖惩系统。软件系统部署于某石化企业,在工程应用中产生明显的节能效益。运行效果表明了所提非线性用户电耗奖惩方案的有效性和实用性。
The harmonic energy emitted by nonlinear users pollutes the power grid seriously. The impact of harmonic on the cost and revenues of grid companies was analyzed. Computational model of the har- monic energy price was proposed. Full -wave energy incentive management method for nonlinear users was proposed. Energy incentive management system for nonlinear users was designed to improve energy management level, taking the average power consumption of industry as standard line. The software sys- tem was applied in a petrochemical enterprise and works well. Power energy saved by using the software proves the effectiveness of the energy incentive method.
