摘要
采用SWOT分析方法,深入分析了上海交通大数据发展中的优势、劣势、机遇与挑战,提出了相应的发展策略建议。认为上海只有抓住自贸区和"一带一路"的契机,夯实基础建设,以企业为创新主体,长三角区域协同互动,制定正确的发展策略,其交通大数据才能有力支撑智慧城市建设。
Using the SWOT analysis method,advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of the development of Shanghai traffic big data were analyzed,Corresponding development strategies were also proposed.This paper argues that Shanghai has to seize the opportunities of free trade zone and the Belt and Road,reinforce funda mental construction,make the enterprise as the main body of innovation,enhance Yangtze River Delta regional co-interactive,and draw up a correct development strategy.By these measures,the traffic data can support effectively the construction of smart city.
