摘要
为了了解不同栽培措施对速生杨根蘖苗生根的影响及最佳生根方案,以生长在石家庄市藁城区兴安镇东里村1a生107速生杨根蘖苗为研究对象,重点研究了根蘖苗培土时苗高、培土厚度、GGR-6生根粉浓度、基部处理等措施对速生杨根蘖苗生根的影响,采用形态学观测、生物统计分析了影响根蘖苗生根的主要因素,并对生根方案进行了优化选择。结果表明:GGR-6生根粉对速生杨根蘖苗生根影响显著,其次为培土时苗高、基部处理,而培土厚度对根蘖苗生根影响较小;当速生杨根蘖苗生长到1m时,对基部进行环割处理,培土40cm后,施入GGR-6生根粉50mg/L,根蘖苗可达到最佳生根状态,根蘖苗单株平均生根数为23.62根,单株最长根长为70.67cm,单株平均根长为45.43cm。
Experiment was conducted with the Populusxeuramericana cv. 'Nneva'. root suckers which grew at Xingan town of Gaocheng District of Shijiazhuang City of one year for studying the effects of different height of seedling,hilling thickness,GGR-6 content,base treatment on the rooting induction. The results showed that GGR-6 content was the most important factor on rooting, time and base treatment was also important. The suitable rooting induction regulator was when Populusxeuramericana cv.'Nneva', root suckers grew to 1 m, hilling thickness was 40 cm,GGR-6 50 mg/L and ring girding the root with average rooting number 23.62 cm, average maximum root length 70.67 cm,average root length 45.43 cm
