摘要 智能变电站高可视化分析平台中的告警系统是指在对变电站全景数据进行实时记录分析的过程中,及时地展示各种故障异常信息的智能系统。作为智能变电站监控系统的重要组成部分,告警系统可为现场运维人员提供真实准确的故障信息,从而提高二次系统运行的可靠性。文中介绍了智能变电站高可视化分析平台的组成及应用,概述了告警系统在智能变电站运行中的意义。同时采用模糊综合评判的方法,对变电站内的故障异常信息进行严重程度划分,实现了智能变电站的"智能化告警",同时提高了现场人员的工作效率,为智能变电站的可靠安全运行奠定了基础。 The warning system of the high visualization analysis platform of the smart substation is an intelligent system which serves to display all kinds of fault information and abnormal information timely in the process of recording and analyzing the real-time panoramic data of the substation. As an important part of the intelligent substation monitoring system, the warning system can provide the true and accurate fault information for field staffs, so as to improve the operation reliability of the secondary system. The paper introduces the composition and application of the high visualization analysis platform of the smart substation and summarizes the significance of the warming system in the operation of the smart substation. In addition, the severity of fault information and abnormal information is divided using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to realize the "intelligent warning" in the smart substation, which can improve the efficiency of field staffs and helps to lay the foundation for the safe and reliable operation of the smart substation.
