摘要 提出了一种基于全生命周期成本(LCC)、结合综合赋权和模糊综合评判的项目优选方法。首先,建立了项目优选指标体系,包括全生命周期成本、状态评估、风险评估及其他因素等项目优选所需考虑的因素。其次,利用高斯隶属度函数建立了模糊评判矩阵,结合综合赋权和模糊理论从多个方面对项目进行评判。最后,对实际算例进行了验证分析,结果表明该方法具有较好的合理性与准确性,能够为今后项目优选工作提供参考。 This paper proposes a project selection method of secondary equipments based on the life cycle cost analysis. It is judged by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and comprehensive weight. First, this paper constitutes an index system which includes the factors of the life cycle cost, state assessment, risk assessment. Second, a fuzzy evaluation matrix is calculated by the Gaussian curve membership function. Furthermore, the projects are evaluated in several aspects which are combined with the comprehensive weight and fuzzy theory. Finally, the results verify that the proposed method has sufficient rationality and accuracy. Corresponding results can also provide the reference for the future project selection.
