摘要
提出了一种基于智能电表数据的台区用户识别及窃电检测方法,该方法通过对智能电表的量测数据进行灰色关联分析,以对用户所属台区及相别进行识别;通过对智能电表的计量数据和量测数据进行计算和分析,以对台区进行窃电检测。该方法不需要加装额外的装置便可实现台区用户识别和窃电检测,可有效提升电网企业的智能化和自动化水平,提高工作效率。
This paper proposes a new method to deal with these problems based on smart meter data. The method can be used to identify the distribution area and phase by conducting the gray correlation analysis of the smart meter data. The stealing electricity detection can be carried out by analyzing the metering data and the measured data from the smart meter data. This method can realize the goals without installing additional devices, effectively improving the intelligent and automation level as well as the work efficiency of the power grid enterprise.
