摘要
通过风冷加速冷却、热态矫直两组对比试验,分析了造成福建三安钢铁有限公司螺纹盘条屈服不明显原因。采取优化控冷工艺、规范力学制样等措施,改善螺纹盘条屈服不明显问题。
Through two groups of contrast experiments in accelerated air cooling and hot straightening, the causes of unapparent yield point of ribbed wire rod produced by Fujian Sanan Steel Co.,Ltd were analyzed. Measures such as optimizing controlled cooling process and standardizing mechanical sample preparation were taken, and the problem of unapparent yield point was improved.
