摘要
近年来,由钢筋腐蚀导致的基础设施破坏日渐增多,钢筋的耐腐蚀性能被广泛关注。据此,对国内外混凝土用钢筋的使用情况进行了综述,介绍了国内外耐腐蚀不锈钢-碳钢复合钢筋的制备工艺、产品的界面结合情况及机械性能,指出采用净界面复合、形性协同变形工艺制备的不锈钢-碳钢复合钢筋具有更好的综合性能,并对耐腐蚀复合钢筋的发展前景进行了展望。
In recent year, as the destruction of infrastructure caused by rebar corrosion is increasing, the corrosion resistance of rebar is widely concerned. This paper have summarized the situation of rebar used as concrete reinforcement at home and abroad, introduced the manufacturing processes, combination of interface and mechanical properties of stainless steel-carbon steel composite rebar, pointed out that the stainless steel-carbon steel composite rebar made by using pure interface composite and collaborative deformation of shape and property technologies has better overall performance, and previewed the prospect of corrosion resistant composite rebar.
