摘要
为探讨稠李提取物(PVE)对急性酒精性肝损伤小鼠的作用及机制。建立ICR小鼠急性酒精性肝损伤模型,通过检测小鼠血清中谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、甘油三酯(TG)、肝组织中丙二醛(MDA)、还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)的含量,苏木素—伊红(H&E)染色观察肝组织病理变化,研究了稠李提取物对急性酒精性肝损伤小鼠的保护作用及作用机理。结果表明:稠李提取物能够降低ALT、AST、TG和MDA含量,提高GSH含量,并显著改善肝细胞脂肪变性、坏死。这说明稠李提取物可通过提高抗氧化能力来缓解酒精所致的急性肝损伤。
The study was conducted to investigate the protective effect of the extracts of Padus virginiana( PVE) on acute alcoholic-induced liver injury in mice and its possible mechanism. The acute alcoholic-induced liver injury model of ICR mice was established. The levels of alanine aminotransferase( ALT), aspartate aminotransferase( AST), triglyceride( TG), malondialdehyde( MDA) Glutathione( GSH) and hematoxylin-eosin( HE) staining were used to observe the pathological changes. The results show that PVE could reduce the content of ALT,AST,TG and MDA,increase the content of GSH,and obviously improve the fatty degeneration and necrosis of liver cells,indicating that PVE can reduce the acute alcoholic-induced liver injury by increasing the antioxidant capacity.
