摘要
目的:观察分化型甲状腺癌(DTC)术后行131I治疗前及治疗后血脂的变化,研究中、西降脂药联合优甲乐对DTC术后甲状腺功能低下合并高脂血症的降脂疗效。方法:回顾性分析2015年1月至2016年12月间DTC术后行131I治疗前甲低合并高脂血症的患者60例,患者就诊时均根据就诊顺序被随机平均分入a、b、c3组,3组均在服131I48小时后,分别服用优甲乐、优甲乐加阿托伐他汀钙片、优甲乐加降脂中药,疗程均为4周,分别于131I治疗3日前及应用中、西降脂药4周后检测FT3(游离三碘腺原氨酸)、FT4(游离甲状腺素)、TSH(促甲状腺激素)、LDL-C(低密度脂蛋白)、CHOL(总胆固醇)、TG(甘油三酯),并对结果进行比较。结果:a、b、c3组服用降脂药物前后LDL-C及CHOL降低幅度分别为42%、56%、63%,40%、44%、51%,其差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01),降低程度排序:c组>b组>a组。结论:DTC术后甲低所致的高脂血症患者,应用降脂中药联合优甲乐的疗效优于降脂西药配伍优甲乐的疗效,且两者的降脂作用均较单独使用优甲乐好。
Objective： To observe the changes of serum lipids that have accepted the surgery of DTC（Differentiated Thyroid Cancer） before I therapy and the after,to study effects of the traditional Chinese medicine or the western medi- cine combined with Euthyrox on hypothyroidism and hyperlipidimia after the surgery of DTC. Methods： We carried out a retrospective analysis on the clinical data of 60 patients with hypothyroidism and hyperlipidimia before I therapy from 2015 January to 2016 December, they were randomly grouped into three groups named a, b, c, according to the order of treatment. Group a, b, c were treated respectively by Euthyrox, Euthyrox and Atorvastatin, Euthyrox and the traditional Chinese medicine for 4 weeks after I therapy 48 hours later. We determined and compared FT3 （Free triiodothyronine）, FT4 （Free thyroxine）, TSH （Thyroid stimulating hormone）, LDL-C （Low-density lipoprotein）, CHOL （Total cholesterol）, TG （Triglycerides） with 131I therapy 3 days ago and taking lipid-lowering drugs 4 weeks later. Results： Reduction rates of LDL-C and CHOL of group a, b, c before taking lipid-lowering drugs and the after were 42%, 56%, 63%,40%, 44%, 51% and the differences all were significant （P〈0.01）,the order of the degree of reduction： Group c〉Group b〉Group a. Conclusions： Applying the traditional Chinese medicine combined with Euthyrox is better than using the western medi- cine combined with it for hyperlipidemia patients due ments are all greater than taking Euthyrox lonely.
