摘要
以钢筋工为研究对象,对钢筋工的作业姿势进行观察,通过仿真模拟软件,建立钢筋工的人体工作姿势模型,研究钢筋工在不同作业姿势——站姿、俯姿、蹲姿下腰部所受的L_4~L_5压力大小。同时从生物力学、人机工程学角度,对钢筋工的俯姿和蹲姿分别进行优化分析,并提出相应的改善建议,以减轻人体损伤,避免肌肉骨骼损伤等职业病的发生。
In this paper,taking steel fixers as the research object,their working postures were observed. Through the simulation software,their body model of working postures were built,and their L_4-L_5 pressure of lumbar vertebrae under different working postures of standing,bending,squat were studied. Also,from the perspectives of biomechanics and ergonomics,the bending and squat postures were optimized and analyzed. At the same time,the corresponding improvement suggestions were put forward,so as to reduce the body damage,and avoid the occurrence of musculoskeletal injury and other related occupational diseases.
