摘要
医疗联合体作为政府整合区域内医疗资源,提升基层医疗服务能力,推动分级诊疗的重要举措,对深化医药卫生体制改革具有重要的意义。文章以扬州大学附属医院医疗联合体作为研究对象,分析其运行模式中存在的卫生人力资源不足、管理幅度力度有限等问题,提出相应的对策和建议,为进一步加强医疗联合体建设和发展工作提供参考。
Medical consortium is an important initiative to integrate the regional medical resources, enhance the capacity-building in community health care providers, and promote the hierarchical medical system, and is of great signifcance to deepen the reform of medical and health system. This article analyzes the shortage of health human resources and limited scope and strength in the mode of medical consortium using Yangzhou University Affiliated Hospital as a study subject, and proposes corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, with an attempt to provide references to reinforce the construction and development of the medical consortium.
