摘要
针对前期三元采出水处理过于依赖投加复合清水剂,由此产生的处理成本过高,产生泥渣量过大,致使生产及管理无法承受的问题,"十二五"期间提出了序批式沉降处理工艺。大庆油田采油一厂中106污水处理站是采用序批式沉降处理的第一座强碱三元污水处理站,主体处理工艺采用一级序批式沉降+一级石英砂-磁铁矿双层滤料过滤+二级海绿石-磁铁矿双层滤料过滤工艺。对该站采出水水质特性变化规律及工艺适应性进行了分析,结果表明,在驱油剂返出高峰期,负荷率为76%左右,满足外输水达标的水质界限,即来水含油质量浓度小于或等于450 mg/L,悬浮固体质量浓度小于或等于150 mg/L。
Relying too heavy on adding the compound water clarifier at the early stage of alkaline surfactant polymer(ASP) produced water treatment results in too high processing cost, too much sludge and problems that production and management cannot stand. In order to solve above problems, the sequencing batch sedimentation treatment process has been put forward during the period of the 12 th Five-Year Plan.Zhong 106 Wastewater Treatment Station of No.1 Oil Production Plant in Daqing Oilfield is the first strong alkaline ASP wastewater treatment station using the sequencing batch sedimentation treatment. Its principal treatment process is first-level sequencing batch sedimentation + firstlevel quartz sand-magnetite double-layer-filter-material filter + second-level glauconite-magnetite double-layer-filter-material filter. The change law of the water quality characteristics and the process adaptability of the station are analyzed.The results show that in the peak period of oil-displacing agent reversing out,the load rate is about 76%,and the water quality limits that meet the standard of export water,namely the oil mass concentration of inlet water should be equal to or less than 450 mg/L,and the suspended solid mass concentration should be equal to or less than 150 mg/L.
