摘要
知识经济时代,知识型员工已经成为企业员工中的主流群体,影响组织的生存和发展。设计切实有效的激励措施,能够最大化地发挥企业知识型员工的潜能。在回顾知识型员工激励相关研究的基础上,文章运用知识型员工激励边际效用递减现象的经济学原理,发现经济性薪酬激励、福利激励、晋升激励和环境激励成为领导者对企业知识型员工的主要激励内容,这些激励内容短期内起明显的激励作用,但长期看,整体呈现激励边际递减效用,文章提出从领导者对知识型员工激励机制顶层设计的动态思维、动态设计知识型员工激励内容的制度建设、对知识型员工激励内容和机制边际效应的适时考评等企业知识型员工激励边际递减效用的优化策略。
In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge workers have become the mainstream of employees in all kinds of enter-prises , and even affect the sur^^ival and development of the organization. Design effective incentive measures to maximize the potential of knowledge workers. Based on the review of the motivation of knowledge workers on the economics of using knowledge workers' motivation of diminishing marginal utility, economic compensation incentive, welfare incentive, promotion incentive and incentive environment has become the main content of the knowledge workers incentive leaders, these exciting content in the short ter^n obviously play a role in encouraging, but in the long ter^m overall, showing diminishing marginal utility incentive, put for^-ard from the leader of the knowledge staff incentive mechanism to the top-level design of the dynamic thinking and dynamic design of knowledge workers incentive content system construction, knowledge workers incentive content and mechanism of the marginal effect of timely evaluation of the knowledge staff incentive marginal utility optimization strategy.
