摘要
目的探讨康复助手APP(应用程序,application)在乳腺癌患者术后健康教育中的应用价值。方法便利抽样选取2015年1-11月在第二军医大学长海医院住院接受乳腺癌改良根治术的乳腺癌患者90例为研究对象,采用随机数表法将其分为观察组和对照组各45例;观察组患者采用常规健康教育+康复助手APP健康教育模式,对照组采用常规健康教育模式;对两组患者各阶段健康教育知识的明确程度、对健康教育的满意度情况进行比较。结果观察组患者各阶段健康教育知识的明确程度评分均高于对照组,其中术后第3天和出院前的差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.01);观察组患者对健康教育的满意度(95.6%)高于对照组(82.3%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过康复助手APP对乳腺癌术后患者进行健康教育,可以提高其对健康教育知识的明确程度,以及对健康教育效果的满意度,对改善预后有积极意义,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the application value of rehabilitation assistant APP in postoperative health education for breast cancer patients.Methods By convenience sampling,90 cases were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 45 cases in each group.The observation group received routine health education and APP assisted health education mode,while the control group received routine health education mode.The knowledge of health education and satisfaction level were compared.Results The knowledge level in observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,in which the difference between 3 days after surgery and before discharge was statistically significant(all P <0.01).The satisfaction level in observation group(95.6%)was higher than that of control group(82.3%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Using APP to conduct health education to patients with breast cancer can increase the knowledge about health education and improve the satisfaction level,which has positive significance on the prognosis,and it is worth of clinical promotion.
