摘要
介绍了双臂立柱的铸件结构,为解决原采用传统木模铸造工艺生产时出现的问题,改用3D打印无模铸造方法,提出了一种双臂立柱类产品的3D打印组芯的工艺思路,设计了一种双臂立柱类铸件的3D打印生产工艺。生产结果显示:采用该工艺,无需制作模具,简化了操作过程,降低了生产难度,生产效率达到原来的2倍,并且有效改善了铸件质量,且质量稳定,解决了双臂立柱类铸件在传统铸造过程中操作难、质量容易波动的问题,铸件的废品率由原来的24.3%降至3.4%。
The casting structure of the two-armed column was introduced. In order to solve the problems in the traditional wood mold casting process,a 3D printing containerless casting method was adopted. A craft idea by designed a kind of twoarmed column pillar casting 3D printing group core process was devised. Production results showed that:by using this process without making mold,the operation process was simplified. The production difficulty was reduced. The production efficiency reached 2 times than original one. And the quality of castings was effectively improved and that remained stable. It solved the problem that the two-armed column casting was difficult to operate in the traditional casting process and the quality was fluctuate regularly. The rejection rate of the casting was reduced from 24.3% to 3.4%.
