摘要
利用有限元软件对某固体发动机O形橡胶密封圈装配过程进行仿真分析。研究了装配过程中密封圈材料参数、密封圈与发动机壳体摩擦系数、轴向装配速度和结构参数对密封圈剪应力的影响。结果表明,材料参数、摩擦系数以及装配速度是影响密封圈最大剪应力的主要因素。
The assembling rubber O ring of a solid motor is simulated by using finite element software.The influence of the rubber material parameter,the friction coefficient between O ring and motor case,the axial velocity of assembling and the configuration parameter on the shear stress of the O ring are studied.As a result,the main factor on the maximum shear stress of the O ring is rubber material parameter,friction coefficient and the axial velocity of assembling.
