摘要
为了准确预测纯棉纱线强力,介绍了试验仪器及数据来源,根据纯棉纱线强力的因素,结合乌斯特HVI数据进行预测研究,并分析了乌斯特HVI数据与成纱强力的关系,建立纯棉纱线强力的预测方程,找出成纱强力修正系数和成纱强力修正常数的确定方法。结果表明:在相同工艺流程情况下,相同品种相同捻度,预测方程的强力修正系数相同;相同品种不同捻度,预测方程的强力修正系数随捻度同增同减;纤维强度影响系数随着纱线特克斯数的增加越来越大,纤维长度影响系数随着成纱特克斯数的增加越来越小;强力修正常数的大小与芯纱强力有关。通过确定强力修正系数和强力修正常数,得出纯棉纱线强力的预测方程,对预测方程验证,具有较高的预测精度。
In order to accurately predict the strength of cotton yarn,the test instrument and data source are introduced.Prediction research was carried out based on the strength factors of pure cotton yarn and the Uster HVI data.Besides,the relationship between Uster HVI data and the strength of yarn was analyzed and the prediction equation of cotton yarn strength budget equation was established to find out the method to determine yarn strength correction coefficient and strength correction constant.The results show that the strength correction coefficient is same under the conditions of same technological process,same variety and same twist.The strength correction coefficient of prediction equation increases or decreases with the twist under the conditions of same variety and different twist.The influence coefficient of fiber strength becomes bigger and bigger with the rise of Tex coefficient of yarn.The influence coefficient of fiber length becomes smaller and smaller with the rise of Tex coefficient of yarn.The size of strength correction coefficient is related to the strength of the core yarns.By determining the strength correction coefficient and the strong correction constant,the prediction equation of cotton yarn strength is gained.Through verificztion of the equation,it has high prediction accuracy.
