摘要
目的:探讨针灸疗法治疗中风后偏瘫肩痛效果。方法:收治中风后偏瘫肩痛患者50例,采用针灸疗法治疗,观察治疗效果。结果:治疗总有效率96.00%。治疗后TC和TG均显著改善(P<0.05)。结论:针灸疗法治疗中风后偏瘫肩痛效果较好。
Objective：To explore the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy in the treatment of hemiplegia shoulder pain after stroke.Methods：50 patients with hemiplegia shoulder pain after stroke were selected,and they were treated with acupuncture and moxibustion therapy.We observed the effect of treatment.Results：The total effective rate was 96%.After treatment,TC and TG were significantly improved（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy in the treatment of hemiplegia shoulder pain after stroke was better.
