摘要
电动汽车充电桩设计容量日趋增大,但其本身利用率及其容量利用率低的问题依然存在,使得利用电动汽车V2G技术对电网进行无功补偿成为一种具有应用潜力的利用方式。文章提出了一种应用于电网-运营商分层调度下的V2G无功补偿利用模式,配合有序充电方式利用充电桩剩余容量对电网进行无功-电压补偿;上层由电网端基于全局进行调度计算,下层由充电运营商负责对用户进行协调响应。最后对多种工况进行仿真分析,结果表明:所提补偿模式可以有效提高电网低电压节点电压、减小全天时段电压平均偏差,同时能有效抑制电动汽车充电带来的额外网损。
The design capacity of electric vehicle (EV) charger is increasing, but the low utilization rate of itself as well as its capacity still exists, which makes reactive power compensation for grid via EV V2G technology have a potential application. This paper proposes a V2G reactive power compensation utilization mode under a two-layer dispatching between power grid and charging operator. The reactive power-voltage regulation compensation is carried out by using the remainder capacity of the charger with the ordered charging mode. The upper layer is responsible for the overall dispatching and calculation by the grid and the lower layer is responsible for the coordinated response of the charging operator to the user. Finally, a variety of working conditions are simulated and analyzed, the results show that the proposed compensation mode can effectively improve the voltage amplitude of low voltage node, reduce all-day-period average voltage deviation, and effectively restrain additional network loss caused by E~ charging.
