摘要 为研究一种新的播前残膜清理机收集装置的工作性能,优化其结构和工作参数,利用CFD软件对播前残膜清理机的残膜收集装置进行了仿真正交试验。研究过程中,以收集装置的3个结构参数和1个工作参数为试验因素,各选取了3个水平,采用L9(34)正交表设计了试验,并在仿真模型中标记20个测试点作为试验指标依据。利用Minitab16.0软件分析了正交试验结果,得到该水平条件下的最优参数组合,并根据实际情况对其做了一定修正。据此进行了现场验证试验,结果显示:在修正后的最佳工作参数组合条件下,平均残膜收净率达到8 5%以上,仿真所得结果与设计要求基本吻合。 In order to study the working performance of a new plastic mulch remnant cleaning machine before sowing,optimize the structure and working parameters,the CFD software was used to simulate the plastic mulch remnant collecting device of the residual film cleaning machine. In this research,three structural parameters and one working parameters were selected as test factors each with three levels. L9( 34) orthogonal was used to design experiment,and 20 data points were labeled as test indicators point in the simulation model. Then the orthogonal test results were analyzed by Minitab16. 0 software,and the optimal parameter combination was obtained under real condition. The field verification test was carried out according to the adjusted condition. The results showed that the average plastic mulch remnant yield was more than 85% under the modified optimal working parameters,which showed that the simulation results were in agreementwith the design requirements.
