摘要
根据甘蔗种植的农艺要求,结合农业机械上拖拉机与旋耕机用可伸缩万向联轴器连接的方式,以及车辆减震装置,对现有的地轮驱动式甘蔗种植机的行走主轴机构、机架及切种装置进行部件设计,并对机架进行有限元分析。研制的新型地轮驱动甘蔗种植机可以一次性完成开沟、切种、施肥、覆膜及培土等作业,解决了地轮驱动式甘蔗种植机在山地、斜坡地工作时会出现地轮悬空或打滑的问题。试验结果表明:新型地轮驱动式甘蔗种植机工作性能稳定,切出的甘蔗种符合农艺要求。
According to the agronomic requirements of sugar cane planting, combining farm tractors and rotary cultivator which use scalable universal shaft to couple and vehicle shock absorber, to design the walking spindle mechanism, rack and cutting device of now existing land wheel driving type sugarcane planting machine, and the finite element analysis is carried out on the rack. The new developed land wheel driving sugarcane machine can have the furrowing, cut, fertiliza- tion, laminating and ridging at one time, solve the ground wheel drive type sugarcane planting machine to work in the mountain, slope occurs wheels or skid. The test results show that the new type land wheel driving sugarcane planting ma- chine works stablely and whose cutting sugarcane seeds can meet the agronomic requirements.
